She was the heir of ash and fire, and she would bow to no one.

Celaena Sardothien has survived deadly contests and shattering heartbreak—but at an unspeakable cost. Now she must travel to a new land to confront her darkest truth...a truth about her heritage that could change her life—and her future—forever.

Meanwhile, brutal and monstrous forces are gathering on the horizon, intent on enslaving her world. To defeat them, Celaena must find the strength to not only fight her inner demons but to battle the evil that is about to be unleashed.

Extraordinary. Magical. Adventurous. Haunting.

There are so many words that can be used to describe HEIR OF FIRE ; however, it would take too long to describe them all. I had loved the first two books in the series, but so far, HEIR OF FIRE has been my favorite. I am not sure that I will be able to describe the emotions that went through me while I was reading it. There were so many emotions going through me as I read, I am not sure if I can even have the ability to describe them all. I have finished HEIR OF FIRE this morning before homework, and I still cannot seem to get the story out of my mind. I already recommended this series to a few of my friends. Despite the fact that I only read the first three books, it has become one of my favorite series, and I cannot wait to discover what is in store for Celaena next. It seems as if each book in Throne Of Glass Series becomes more action-packed. HEIR OF FIRE had so much more going on, and it seemed as if every page had some sort of action or a twist that you did not see coming. HEIR OF FIRE had everything that I love about young adult fantasy.

Have you ever came across a character in a book that you didn’t think you like? That was me with Rowan, I felt the same about him like Celaena, and I had a feeling that the two of them would never get along. I understood why he was strict with her while training with her, yet some of his trainings I wondered if maybe he went a bit too far with them. I did start to wonder at some point if the two of them would ever get along. As the story progressed and their training progressed, I could tell that he started to care for her, maybe more than he wanted to admit. I began to wonder if the two of them might become friends and perhaps more. The ways that the two of them started to act around each other and what they have done for each started to make me wonder about that. I cannot help but wonder what is to come for them next. Even though I still love Chaol and Dorian, Rowan is a character that I became very fond of. Rowan is not the only one, I became a fan of Aedion Ashryver, and I do believe that maybe he and Chaol become friends towards the end of the book. I do hope that they find a way to rescue him.

I also enjoyed reading about the witches clan, and at first, I was not fond of Manon, but towards the end, she became one of my favorite witches. I am kind of curious to see what happens with her next. I enjoyed reading Manon’s story, in the way it felt as I was reading three different stories, Manon, Rowan & Celaena, Dorian, Chaol, and Aedion. I loved them all. I did not think that I could hate the king more than I did, but after that ending, after what he had done, I think I hate him even more than before. The king needs to be stopped and soon. HEIR OF FIRE was one of the best of the series, at least so far. I am happy that my library had the kindle versions of the next book series because I don’t think that I can wait too long to see what happens next. I am in love with the story, the characters, the cover, the title. SARAH J.MAAS ‘S writing is breathtaking and so vivid, I could picture it all, I could feel everything that the characters were feeling. It felt as if I was there. The story felt real. HEIR OF FIRE is one of the books that I wish I could give more than five stars. Any fantasy fan should read this series. It will blow you away.

My power, my reign…

I thought I knew danger, I was wrong. That wicked potion was just the beginning. I feel strong with Tuck by my side, but we’re in way over our heads. We need heavenly Fire. It’s the only thing that can destroy Alataris’ crown. And we can’t beat him any other way. That crown is the seat of his power…and I’m going to take it from him.

This is my deadliest mission yet, but I’m out of options and out of time. I have to stop running from him and face my father head on with everything I’ve got. He thinks he’ll win, he thinks I’ll buckle after he summons the ultimate evil. But he has no idea what I’d do to protect the people I love. I will take him down, even if I die with him.

This is a family affair and it’s time I show my father just how Wicked a Queen can be…

Magical.

I do not know how even to begin to explain my emotions in this book as I said it, magical. This series has become one of my favorite series; the only regret is that I did not read it sooner. I loved Zinnia & Tucker’s story, and it is almost impossible not to fall in love with the two of them. I was so happy that they were finally able to complete the ceremony. I was wondering when they would. I loved the scenes between the two of them and seeing how much their relationship developed since the first book. I cannot imagine having to hide the relationship the way that Tucker and Zinnia had. I wanted them to finally be together and not have to hide because it is forbidden. Even though I am sure that it did not take everyone long to figure out. I loved the ceremony, and I felt as if I was there along with them, feeling all the love that Tucker and Zinnia felt for each other at that moment. I am glad that she found Tucker; she needed someone like that in her life. Besides her mom and Ophelia, I do not think that anyone loved her the way that Tucker does. I love the bond between the two of them. Now that I finished the book, I do wonder what happens to them next.

Ophelia, I think she is another favorite character. I do believe that besides Zinnia, she is another character that went through a significant transformation, just the way that she acts. I am also curious about what is going to happen with her next. I am curious about all the characters. I love the bond that Zinnia and her mom share, it reminded me a lot of relationship with my mom. It is a special bond. My heart broke for Zinnia when she had to make a hard decision, and I loved how her mom supported her, telling her that she could do it. I hoped that she would be able to defeat Alataris and that her mom would be okay. WICKED QUEEN was a breathtaking conclusion and everything that I hoped it would be. I do believe that WICKED QUEEN was the most action-packed and most intense book out of the series so far. That big battle against Alataris, oh man, so many emotions were going through me at that moment. I could not put the book down at that moment, even if I wanted to.

That ending… Wow. Now I want to see what happens in the next season. This is going be a series that I will re-read in the future; I even recommended to few of my friends already. It is a book that will stay with you after you turn the last page. The emotions in these books, it feels as I am there along with the characters; it feels as if they become my friends. MEGAN MONTERO will pull you in from the beginning, until you reach the last book, making you craving for more afterward. I still cannot get the story out of my mind. If you love fantasy, young adult, magic, and romance, be sure to check this series out.

I’m hiding too many things from everyone and I’m starting to unravel.

We don’t stand a chance against Alataris, not the way we are right now. His power grows every day. There’s only one way to beat him – steal his crown. It’s the deadliest mission we’ve taken yet, and it could get us all killed. But without it we’ve already lost…

Is it me, or do each book in the series hooks you more? I loved the last one, but this one was even more action-packed, filled with twists that even I did not see coming. Like that ending, that was unexpected for anyone. I love books about witches, it is one of my favorites, The Royals: Witch Court series is unlike any series I have read before, and I have read few series about witches. It is one of the reasons I love it this much, it is unique, and I love the story behind it. I love reading about Zinnia’s journey, and I found myself wondering if she would be able to defeat Alataris. The moment that I finished WICKED POTION , I picked the next book in the series, anxious to see what happens and how it will all end. There was not a single moment in the book where there was not anything going on. Every page, every chapter had some sort of action going on, making it hard to put the book down because it would end with a cliffhanger. I was on the edge of my seat from the beginning of the book until the end. Once you reach the end, you will be picking up WICKED QUEEN right away.

I love reading books from multiple points of view. I love Zinnia, she is my favorite, and however, I loved for a chance to get to know other characters a bit more. I love Ophelia and I do wish that others would not give her such a hard time, so she messed up, but who has not? I love the bond that she and Zinnia has and the way that they both try to protect one another. I am glad that Zinnia finally stood up for her sister because I got a feeling that Ophelia would not do that. I understand why she did not tell everyone earlier; she was worried about them finding out that she was Alataris daughter, and I don’t blame her. I cannot imagine having a father that powerful, a father that you have to defeat. I know that it must be done, but I cannot imagine that it is an easy decision. I do wonder if Zinnia will go through it, considering her mixed emotions through the end. I am eager to find out what will happen next.

Tucker and Zinnia, I was happy to see their relationship finally progressing. I wonder how long that was going to take. I do wish that they did not have to hide their relationship, although I feel that almost everyone aware of how they feel about each other. The two of them had a special bond right from the start, I was rooting for them right from the first book. I am hoping that the two of them will come out of this alive, will defeat Alataris, and can finally be together without hiding. I can tell how much the two of them are happy when they were with each other. Tucker and Zinnia belong together and I hope that they get their happily after. If you enjoy young adult fantasy, witches and some romance, be sure to check this series out. A must-read.

Be prepared for a magical ride!

With the entire city in a panic, Hannah soon finds herself drawn into a world of ghost girls and horrifying secrets. She realizes that only by confronting the Valentine Killer will she be able move on with her life—and it’s up to her to put together the pieces before he strikes again.

Haunting. Mysterious.

I love mysteries; I love books with ghosts as well. When I came across PAPER VALENTINE at my college library, there was a feeling that it was going to be a book that I was going to enjoy. I have read paranormal murder mysteries before but nothing like this one. I cannot imagine having the ghost of your dead best friend hanging around, the way that Lillian was. I did wonder from the start if there was a reason that she was hanging around after her death, if maybe she had some unfinished business. As I read the book, I started to see that perhaps the reason that she was around all the time was because she wanted to help her to figure out who the murderer was. I did not like how pushy she was, how she kept pushing her to try to figure out who killed all those girls. At the same time, I understood why she did. If nobody figured out who killed those girls, why, then the murderer would keep getting away with it. In a way, I was curious too and wondered the killer’s motives, and of course, the reason the paper valentine’s was left with every victim.

I did feel as this book was a bit too long, and there were some parts that dragged on. It is the reason that I only gave it four stars. However, PAPER VALENTINE is an action-packed book where it will keep you engaged and keep you on turning the pages. This was the first book that I read by BREANNA YOVANOFF , and it will not be the last one, I am curious about how her other books are. Once Hannah started to figure out who the murderer was, I was on the edge of my seat, and I felt as I was there along with Hannah and Lillian. That ending, it was not what I was expecting and not whom I even considered a murderer. Of course, that is the type of books that I love, with unexpected twists. I feel like the cover, and the title itself will capture your attention and have you picking up the book. PAPER VALENTINE will have going through the emotions. Be prepared for a thrilling ride!

No one ever said life was easy. But Ponyboy is pretty sure that he's got things figured out. He knows that he can count on his brothers, Darry and Sodapop. And he knows that he can count on his friends - true friends who would do anything for him, like Johnny and Two-Bit. And when it comes to the beating up on "greasers" like him and his friends - he knows that he can count on them for trouble. But one night someone takes things too far, and Ponyboy's world is turned upside down...

I remember how much I loved THE OUTSIDERS when I had read for English class in high school. I have not read it since then. Now that I read it again, I remembered why I loved this book this much, I fell in love all over again. THE OUTSIDERS is the type of book that you will remember for years after you read it, a book that you will recommend to your friends. I remember when I was in high school; I was the first one to finish it because I had hard time putting the book down. I had the same issue this time around, from moment that I picked up, I found myself reading for hours and if it was not for classes, I would kept on reading. THE OUTSIDERS is a real story, or at least it seemed so real, with everything that they had deal with. This made the story so much more appealing to me. Once I turned the last page, I wanted to go back and re-read it again. I know that this is not the last time that I will read THE OUTSIDERS . It was one of my favorites as a teenager and it still is.

THE OUTSIDERS deals with many emotions, the ones that teenagers face even now. Ponyboy, he had always been my favorite character, besides Johnny and Dally. Even if this is the second time that I read this book, I cannot stop thinking about the characters and the story. Of course, there is part of me that wonders what happened to them after. I loved the way that Ponyboy’s emotions were displayed and I felt as I was feeling those emotions along with him. I even felt scared along with him after Johnny killed Bob, and like him, I wondered what would happen with them next. What Johnny did for Ponyboy, how he protected him, if that is not a real friendship then I do not know what is. You could tell from the start that the two of them had a special bond, and my heart broke for Ponyboy after what happened to Johnny. I loved the fact that two of them loved Gone With The Wind which happens to be one of my favorite books.

Dally. At first, I had a bit of mixed feelings about this character. I was not sure if I liked him in beginning or not and could seem to make up my mind. Then it was hard to not like him, after Johnny and Ponyboy came to him for help, and how he saved Ponyboy and Johnny. To me, he was hero afterwards. I was sad about what happened to him in the end, I was hoping that it would not come to that. Everything about this book, the characters, the story, what is there to not love? If I could thank my English teacher for introducing me to this book, I so would. THE OUTSIDERS is a book that you can read multiple times and never get tired off, you will actually find yourself falling in love. I am still thinking about it actually. I would highly recommend this book for everyone.

What if Anna and Elsa never knew each other?

When a magical accident erases Anna and Elsa's memories not only of magic, but of each other the sisters are separated for protection. But when Elsa unexpectedly finds herself as a young queen mysterious magic begins to happen and questions of her past start to form. Will the sisters ever be reunited?

As you already aware, I am a big Disney fan. Frozen is one of my favorites, and when I heard about the retelling, I knew that I had to check out. I was hooked to the story from the start, reminding me why I love this fairytale. I loved the spin that JEN CALONITA put to the story. I felt as I was reading a slightly different story, a story of what could be if Anna and Elsa were separated after the accident. When I read the summary, I wondered how it happened, how they were separated. That was one of the things that I loved about this book; most of the story was similar to the original Frozen expect the few changes and twists. I could not get enough of this book, and every page had I wondered if Anna and Elsa would find a way to each other. I was rooting from the start until the end. CONCEAL, DON’T FEEL is a book that will have you going through the emotions.

I had always loved both Anna and Elsa the same, and I do not think that I would be able to pick my favorite. I loved that CONCEAL; DON’T FEEL had both Anna and Elsa’s point of view. As a reader, you will find yourself getting to know Elsa and Anna more. I loved Anna’s adoptive parents and how they treated her as their own, and to keep the secret from her for that long, I cannot imagine. I have a strong feeling that why they did not want her to go to Arendelle, because they knew and were trying to protect her. I did wonder if Anna would figure out the truth about Elsa on her own or from somebody. I cannot even begin to imagine how Elsa must felt when she found about the curse. I was rooting for Anna to remember Elsa before it was too late. CONCEAL, DON’T FEEL is a story that you will not be putting down once you start it, especially if you are Frozen fan. A unique spin to a magical story.

Hans. He is one of the characters I could not stand. I hated how he went after Anna when Elsa figured out his plan. I just hoped that Anna would see right through his actions as well. Besides, she belonged with Kristoff. There was a connection between the two of them from the start, even though Kristoff did not want to admit it at first. Olaf, come one, how can you not like Olaf? Besides Anna and Elsa, he is my favorite. I love how energetic he is; if I had a snowman like Olaf, I would always be smiling. Don’t you just love the title, CONCEAL; DON’T FEEL and even if you never seen Frozen , the title and the cover itself will have you picking up the copy. There was not anything that I did not love about this book. I felt as I was watching the movie all over again, with few twists in the way. If you love Frozen , I would highly recommend it.
