It's been three years since the devastating accident . . . three years since Mia walked out of Adam's life forever.

Now living on opposite coasts, Mia is Juilliard's rising star and Adam is LA tabloid fodder, thanks to his new rock star status and celebrity girlfriend. When Adam gets stuck in New York by himself, chance brings the couple together again, for one last night. As they explore the city that has become Mia's home, Adam and Mia revisit the past and open their hearts to the future - and each other.

Told from Adam's point of view in the spare, lyrical prose that defined If I Stay, Where She Went explores the devastation of grief, the promise of new hope, and the flame of rekindled romance.

OH MY GOD, this novel was… I can’t even begin to describe how much I loved this novel. It’s official that after reading Where She Went Gayle Forman is one of my favorite authors, I can see why she is a bestseller. I loved If I Stay but I loved Where She Went even more, to me it seemed more intense than first novel was. Of course I loved reading from Adam’s point of view as well. Another memorable, beautiful novel. You can’t not fall in love with it. There are so much emotion, so much happening and the way that it’s all portrayed. Once you pick it up, you won’t be able to put it down. I know that I didn’t want to; there were couple times that I stayed up so I could see what happens next. I needed see what happens with Adam, and of course with Adam and Mia. You can’t help but wonder what’s in store for them next? A story that you won’t be able to forget, no matter how hard you try.

At first I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy reading from Adam’s point of view. I discovered that I was wrong; I even enjoyed reading from his point of view more than I did of Mia’s in If I Stay. I was curious what he was thinking, how he was feeling through everything, that was happening with his girlfriend at the time. I can’t even begin to imagine watching someone that you love, at brick of death. I don’t think that I would be able to handle it. Especially only to find yourself being dumped after everything that you went through. I was wondering like Adam was, why did she do it? Why did she break up with him without a word of explanation. There must been some sort of reason, or at least I hoped there were. I could tell that after all this time, all those years, he still loved her. I believe that it was meant to be, for them to reconnect again. To meet again.

Adam & Mia are one of those rare couple, that do belong together. From If I Stay to moment they met again in Where She Went, the two of them had a special connection. They were in love, even if Mia refused to acknowledge that two of them belong together. Adam wasn’t happy with Bryn, even music didn’t seem to make him happy anymore, not way that it used to. I noticed a trend too, it seemed to be happening a lot, since Mia walked out of his life. Once they came in contact with one another, I could tell that Adam changed, both of them did. They were happy and I rooted for them the entire way. Of course I found myself smiling when they finally figured it out. Finally, a happy ending for both of them.

Where She Went is a beautiful portrayal about rekindled love. A story that you won’t be able to get out of your mind. It will hold a place in your heart, forever.
